Nick Harris is a Portland-based yoga instructor, mindfulness facilitator, and Founder of InTensions — a positivity and intentional living movement rooted in mental clarity, physical strength, and conscious growth.

As an E-RYT 200 certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance, Nick brings over five years of professional teaching experience to studios across Portland, Oregon. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and ongoing advanced training, his classes integrate intelligent sequencing, breath-work, functional strength, and mobility training designed to support sustainable wellness.

Nick teaches dynamic hot yoga, strength-based vinyasa, and mindfulness-centered movement classes that challenge the body while grounding the mind. His approach blends science-backed movement principles with intentional living practices — helping students build resilience both on and off the mat.
